Welcome to my corner of the archives.

This is where I’ll share news and announcements about The Shattering, along with a look behind the pages at how the books are taking shape. I’ll write about the process of building Meirune and the wider world of Aetheros—from its history, cultures, and strange places to the characters who inhabit them and the choices that shaped their stories.

I’ll also talk about writing itself: ideas that worked, ideas that didn’t, problems encountered along the way, and the occasional happy accident that became something important. From time to time, I’ll venture deeper into the lore, people, and events that may only be glimpsed in the novels. If you enjoy seeing how stories and worlds are built—or simply want to know what’s coming next—I hope you’ll stop by often.
